Talent Sourcing Specialist / Candidate Research
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as it relates to candidate development activities including, but not limited to sourcing and engaging passive candidates for complex technical roles and building talent networks for assigned business functions (engineering, operations,etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced Boolean expertise to find candidates within resume databases, deep web, social and professional networking sites and internal applicant tracking system.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop and implement recruitment strategies, and supportive analytics for Business Leaders.
- Track, analyze and present data relevant to recruiting trends, competitive intelligence, and industry.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or its equivalence is required; Bachelor degree is preferred
- Sourcing Certification is strongly preferred: AIRS CIR, ACIR, CSSR, ECRE
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in talent research and candidate development
